Transit: 80 & 160 buses on the corner, easy access to the metro (15–20 min walk or Bixi).
There is one parking spot in the back — it's double parking (shared space), but very rare to have in this area.

The building is a 2-unit semi-commercial space — no downstairs neighbours currently (quiet).

Minimum stay: 2 months — open to longer since future plans with a friend aren't fully confirmed yet.
