Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Office Administrator at Tara Specialists. The role is based in Dieppe, NB, with the flexibility for some work from home. The Office Administrator will be responsible for general administrative assistance, managing company contracts, communications, providing excellent customer service, and office administration tasks in the following functional areas: administration, accounting, human resources, etc.
Qualifications
Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills
Proficiency with office equipment
Strong communication and customer service abilities
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of office management software
Experience in a similar role is an asset
Ability to work independently and in a team
High school diploma or equivalent, additional certifications preferred
Strong knowledge of MS Office, in particular WORD and EXCEL
