We are seeking a reliable and experienced Construction Helper to join our growing team, specializing in concrete surface preparation and restoration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in cement parging, diamond grinding, patching, and general concrete work. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and looking to grow within a high-performance construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with concrete surface preparation (grinding, sanding, cleaning)
• Perform or assist with cement parging, patching, and other finishing work
• Support setup and takedown of tools and job site equipment
• Safely operate hand and power tools including grinders, mixers, and polishers
• Load, unload, and organize job site materials and supplies
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Travel to various job sites across the GTA (vehicle required)

Qualifications:
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in construction or concrete-related work
• Hands-on experience with diamond grinding, cement parging, or concrete patching
• Comfortable working on residential and commercial job sites
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (required)
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and positive attitude
