I live 3 miles south east of the Lethbridge airport on my acreage. all utilities are included except laundry is $5 per load. I have to haul the water. unlimited wi/fi parking for one car. no smoking cigs in the house just good weed and hash. I have two woman living here and they enjoy it very much walking the dogs out in the back yard. private driveway very quiet.
