60 hectares/three cells along the east bank of the Fraser River near Crow's Bar, covering the mouth of Deadman's Creek. This area was mined during the Fraser River Gold Rush, with Chinese placer miners continuing to mine in the Deadman's Creek area up to the early 20th c. Hydraulic mining was considered between 1920-1950 for this area, but never took place. A very lucrative claim with high potential for buried paleochannels along the eastern benches. Claims along the Fraser River are going to be hard to come by after the tenure reform in March 2025, get this while you can!
