Available July 1. Includes double bed, dresser, small desk, lamps. In a large 2-storey Monkland Village duplex. Great location, 5 min walk to Villa Maria metro, and very close to amenities such as grocery store, parks, bakeries, etc. Ideal for a grad student, or as a pied-à-terre for a busy professional.

Monthly rent is $625 and includes wifi, hydro, heat. Full washer, dryer and dishwasher in the unit.
The other 3 housemates (2 women, 1 man) are non-smokers and vaccinated and we expect the same in our wonderful new roommate. We are friendly but easy-going people so are looking for the same :)

We prefer to find someone who is planning to stay long-term (ie. 6 months minimum)

There is a possibility we may be getting a dog in the next few months, so you would need to be comfortable living with a dog (no responsibility for the pet would be expected of you, unless we discussed it in advance). Sorry, there is only one pet allowed in the lease, so we cannot accept other animals.

Disponible 1 juillet. Chambre meublée (lit double, commode, bureau). Le loyer inclut tous les services (wifi illimité, électricité, chauffage). Laveuse, sécheuse et lave-vaisselle dans l'appartement. Très bien situé, à 5 minutes à pied du métro Villa Maria, et très proche des magasins. Les autres colocs (2 femmes, 1 homme) sont respectueux, sympathiques, non-fumeurs, et vaccinés, donc nous recherchons quelqu'un de semblable :)
Le loyer mensuel est 625$

Il est possible que nous adoptions un chien dans les prochains mois. Vous devrez donc être à l'aise avec un chien (vous n'aurez aucune responsabilité à son égard, sauf accord préalable). Désolé, un seul animal est autorisé dans le bail ; nous ne pouvons donc pas accepter d'autres animaux.
Nous préférons trouver quelqu'un qui envisage de rester à long terme (c'est-à-dire 6 mois minimum)
