O'Neill Holdings is seeking a reliable and physically able Part-Time Casual Carpentry and Construction Labourer to join our team.

This is a flexible, part-time position with an estimated 20-40 hours per week, ideal for someone with a strong work ethic and a passion for hands-on construction work. The role will involve assisting with various carpentry and general construction tasks on a variety of projects in and around London area. This position offers the potential for full-time employment based on performance and business needs.

Pay Rate: $18 - $22 per hour, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Assisting skilled carpenters with framing, forming, and other carpentry tasks.
Loading, unloading, and moving construction materials to and from worksites.
Preparing and cleaning construction sites, including removing debris and hazardous materials.
Operating basic hand and power tools under supervision.
Erecting and dismantling scaffolding, ramps, and other temporary structures.
Mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt.
Performing general site cleanup and maintenance to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
Following all site safety regulations and procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Must have your own reliable transportation to and from various job sites.
Previous experience in construction or a related field is a strong asset.
Physically fit and capable of performing demanding tasks, including heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, bending, and working in various weather conditions.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn from experienced tradespeople.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Punctual, reliable, and committed to high-quality work.
Having your own tools is an asset.
