Selling 1/4's, 1/2's or whole.
$6.75/lbs rail weight which includes cutting and wrapping. 1/4 is approximately 120 lbs rail weight.
Custom cut includes a variety of steaks, roasts, ground beef and stewing beef packages and can include organs and soup bones (while supplies last).
