Office Administrator & Social Media Marketing Specialist

A leading mortgage company is seeking a dynamic and skilled female candidate to join our team in a full-time role. This position combines office administration with social media marketing responsibilities, offering a diverse and engaging work experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and streamline daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization.
* Handle tasks and instructions with precision, ensuring all steps are followed accurately.
* Maintain detailed client records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
* Proactively follow up with clients to gather necessary documentation, ensuring a smooth process.
* Thoroughly review and verify documents, maintaining high standards of accuracy.
* Provide essential administrative support to the underwriting team.
* Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics preferred).
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in the mortgage industry, demonstrating an understanding of market trends.
* Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Adobe Pro, and Adobe InDesign.
* Solid knowledge of social media marketing, with experience managing social media accounts.
* Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
* G2 / G Licence holders are preferred.
* Marketing skills are essential.
* Must be hardworking, dedicated, and organized.


Pay : $700.00 - $900.00 Weekly
