- 4 bedrooms total
- 2 full bathrooms (shared between every two rooms)
- Fully equipped kitchen: fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster
- In-house washer & dryer
- 2 parking spots (1 in garage, 1 on driveway)
Currently shared with one 4th-year student and one recent graduate.

Rent is $600/month, excluding utilities (shared equally).
