Smaller apartment-sized piano with bench. Bench has storage for piano books. Finish shows wear in some places. One key struggles to hold its tune but the rest are good. Never been placed on an outside wall. Must pick up. Although heavy, it can be moved with a few strong bodies. (My husband and a friend moved it up a flight of stairs to an apartment!) It is located on our main floor, right by the front entrance. Only 3 stairs into the house.
