These two beautiful indoor only cats are available for adoption as a pair, from H.A.R.T. – Homeless Animal Rescue team, an incorporated, not for profit Society with the Nova Scotia Registry of Joint Stock Companies.
They spent many months alone in a house, with someone going in to feed them but only had each other for comfort and company all that time, so we will not separate them.
Diva, spayed female, age 3, a diluted calico, weight 8lbs, is a gentle little girl who is very affectionate and loves to be petted. She is a little shy at first but that doesn't stop her from accepting attention from anyone. She loves laying on the window sill in the sun and getting on my bed when I am in it.
Wick, neutered male, age 4, a tuxedo, 12 lbs, is affectionate, fun, and always on the move. He has a serious case of Nosey Cat Syndrome, likes to just “hang around” so he doesn't miss a thing! He's also very affectionate, loves to make biscuits on me and sleeps on my bed.
Both of them have been examined by our vet at Weste Animal Hospital, tested negative for FIV/FELV, vaccinated, parasite treated and are in excellent health.
We are looking for a non smoking home with no dogs, and where they will not be allowed to go outside. They are not used to small children but have responded well to my grand children visiting so I'm sure they would be fine with gentle kids. Wick absolutely loves to play.
They are currently being fostered here in Woodlawn, Dartmouth. They have been with me for a few months, have not scratched any furniture and are very clean cats.
