Wecare Medical Clinic Leduc is hiring a Reliable part-time MOA!

We are looking for someone for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. from 9am to 5pm, and some Saturdays 10-2. This position has potential to possibly have more hours when available.

We have 4 doctors in our office, Dr. Ghazal, Dr. Yogolelo and Dr. Salumu and Dr. Alsaigh. As well as a PCN Nurse. Our office has been open since 2020 in the Leduc and the Edmonton location. We are a very busy office, and it is a fast pace environment. We are looking for someone with Experience in the Medical office field and Prefer to hire someone with Healthquest experience. This role will require high attention to detail, and multitasking.

MOA roles include, But are NOT limited:
Greeting Patients as they arrive.
Checking patients in and rooming
Booking appointments
Answering multi-line phone calls
Referring patients to specialists.
Indexing documents into charts.
Faxing and scanning documents
taking basic vitals BP, HT, and WT.
Setting up PAP trays for nurse and doctor.
Light duty cleaning.
