Hey Calgary,

I'm currently helping my mom look for a job. She's been having a tough time—her English isn't perfect, but she can speak and understand. She's lived in Calgary for quite a while and has mostly worked in Vietnamese restaurants. She's open to any kind of work now. She spent 10 years at her last job before taking a 6-month break.

She's a kind, hardworking woman who could really use a fresh start and some support. We recently went out job hunting together, and it was tough seeing her struggle to fill out application forms because of the language barrier. It's been discouraging for her, as her job options feel limited.
