Position Overview:
We are looking for a dependable Handyman with experience in general repairs and maintenance, including drywall. This is a mobile role requiring travel to various properties.

Key Responsibilities:
• General repairs and maintenance at residential and commercial properties
• Drywall installation, patching, and finishing
• Light plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry work
• Responding to maintenance requests and completing work orders
• Ensuring cleanliness and safety at job sites
• Driving to and from multiple property locations

Requirements:
• Must have your own tools
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required
• Experience in general maintenance, including drywall repair
• Ability to troubleshoot and work independently
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Good record-keeping and time management
