OVERVIEW

We're hiring a full-time seasonal Landscaper / Equipment operator with strong driving experience and a clean driving record. This role includes the potential to continue into the winter season for snow removal and off-season projects. We are willing to train the right candidate who is willing to improve skills and grow with the company.

Starting wage: Based on experience

Start date: Immediate

Location: Fort McMurray and surrounding areas

WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Perform landscaping and/or other tasks on residential and commercial sites
• Operate company vehicles and equipment safely for job site transportation
• Follow project instructions with a focus on quality, efficiency, and safety
• Communicate effectively with the team and clients when needed
• Support winter operations if continued

WHAT YOU WILL HAVE
• Proven driving experience with a clean record
• Experience in landscaping, general outdoor work, operating equipment
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Excellent time management skills and able to stay on schedule and meet deadlines
• Team player attitude with good communication skills
• Ability to work full-time hours outdoors in various weather conditions
