What it does have is a 50000 BTU heat pump, Delta E-40 UV system, Enersol 4x8 Solar Heating Panel, Hayward Off-line Chlorinator, 2 rail deck ladder, Solar Blanket with reel system. Also comes with assorted pool floating accessories and remaining chemicals.

The Heating panels on the roof will be taken off by the homeowner. The pool will be taken down by the buyer, so that they know how to put back up. Cash in hand prior to the start of the pool removal at owner's convenience.
