Perfect condition. Side window opens and has been removed to make it lighter and easier to handle... can easily be re-installed. The unit is assembled as a single unit however it looks to me that the top could easily be removed with an oscillating cutting tool. Size for the lower three panel unit is about 6 foot by 8 foot wide. The top circular unit is approximately 4 feet high. A call with any questions is preferred over endless texting.
