Duties include Supervise staff, assign sales workers to duties, Hire and train staff, Authorize payments by cheque, order merchandise, , sell merchandise, Authorize return of merchandise, Establish work schedules. Resolve issues that may arise including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages. organize and maintain inventory. Supervise and coordinate activities of workers. Manage cash, conduct performance reviews, supervise office and volunteer staff, food safety/handling skills and other duties as assigned.
Candidate will communicate in English, have minimum 1 yr grocery experience and college level diploma/certificate.
