Home is situated in a peaceful, quiet Burloak subdivision near Burloak and New St.

Looking for one, or perhaps two, professional adults to share my house with, and help me dull the edge of monthly expenses.

Be aware that I am looking for a teammate not a tenant. You will have to be trusted to take care of the house when I am away. Which is often. Shared chores would include bathrooms, mopping, vacuuming, putting out the garbage and helping with seasonal responsibilities or repairs.

There is no smoking, drug use, or excessive drinking on premises.

All utilities are included in the price. Laundry, BBQ and full house access is also available in the price. There are no private bathrooms. Storage is available for negotiation.

Parking is available for negotiation.

There are two rooms to rent. Both are on the second floor, are clean, well maintained and have a big window.

One room is 1200 and is the smaller of the two. It has a double bed, a big screen tv, storage, and a closet.

The other room is larger and is 1400. It has more storage, a queen bed, and a closet.

1600 if we agree to you being the only tenant. You will have the house to yourself for the summer.

Both rooms are available for a single person for 2000, if they would like a bedroom and a den.
