We are two young professionals in our late 20s looking for a third roommate for July first in Verdun.

The apartment is a 5 1/2 located on the second floor of a duplex. Rent is $552/ month per person (not including hydro and internet). There is a washer and dryer in unit, balconies in the front and back, and a cozy living room. The room is unfurnished, and we're open to adding decoration to the rest of the apartment if you have art or pieces of furniture you want to bring!

Located next to a park and biking path, the apartment is a 10 minute walk to LaSalle or De l'Eglise metros, 15 minute walk to Verdun Beach, and 5 minute walk to rue Wellington.

You will be living with:
- Two friendly cats (Velcro and Pixel)
- One guy who is into music, gaming, and photography
-One girl who likes reading, sewing, and picking up new hobbies. She will be gone for the summer, so you'll have just one roommate for the first few months.

We are looking for someone who enjoys a calm-ish environment, doesn't mind cats, and is respectful. We can both be quiet at times, but enjoy sharing new recipes, gaming together, or just chatting on the balcony. We'd love to hear more about you!
