We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Meat Cutter to join our team on a part-time weekend basis (Friday, Saturday, Sunday only). The ideal candidate must be Muslim, and have proven experience in meat cutting and food preparation. This role requires precision, speed, and adherence to food safety and hygiene standards while maintaining excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform various meat cutting tasks including slicing, trimming, deboning, and packaging.

Operate meat processing equipment such as band saws, power grinders, slicers, and salami mixers/cookers.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with health and safety standards.

Ensure meat products meet quality specifications before being displayed or sold.

Assist customers with product selections and offer informed recommendations.

Monitor and rotate inventory to maintain freshness and reduce waste.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficient in professional meat cutting and butchery techniques.

Strong understanding of food preparation and handling in a commercial setting.

Experience using both manual and electric meat-cutting tools and equipment.

Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices.

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in Arabic.

Must be physically capable of handling heavy loads and working in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and maintain attention to detail.

Available to work only on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
