Touchdown came to us as a camp prospect, but his sensitive temperament is not a good fit for a "dude" string with beginner riders.

Light to touch, sensitive to cues, alert, and easy on the hands, Touchdown would make a great saddle horse for someone who likes some focused energy and an intelligent mind. Not a beginner or kids horse. He is a fun, light horse to ride for a confident, experienced rider! See the videos for more info.

The reason he is leaving us is because we don't have the time to break him for shoeing. He is fairly good with his front hooves, but extremely touchy around his back feet. His hooves break off well, so someone who doesn't need a horse shod all the time would do great, or someone who has the time to work through getting him to yield with his back hooves.
