I have portable 10k btu ac unit, can also be used as dehumidifier. Comes with adjustable exhaust pipeline and adjustable frame for a window, and remote control. I bought it brand new and used it for 3 months in a 2 bedroom apartment and it worked great. No longer needed so im looking to sell.
