Job Duties:
• Prepare, key in, edit, and proofread correspondence, invoices, and related material
• Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail and coordinate internal information flow
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
• Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay messages
• Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems
• Greet visitors, determine purpose of visit, and direct them appropriately
• Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing duties (experience with QuickBooks is an asset)
• Create and manage purchase orders
• Perform administrative tasks related to payroll, maintenance, and shipping/receiving documentation
• Support IT service providers in resolving office-related technical issues
• Assist in coordinating and executing social and company events
• Submit data using ESG Webtrader for FDA-related filings
• Arrange shipments using UberFreight & other for freight and logistics coordination
• Perform general clerical duties and provide administrative support as needed
Skills Requirements (Education and Work Experience):
• Languages: English
• Education: Completion of secondary school required; post-secondary education in office administration or a related field is an asset
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in office administration (e.g., invoicing, purchasing, payroll, customer service)
• Software/Tools: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and QuickBooks

• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail
• Must be dependable, flexible, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
