This camper has been well loved and taken care of meticulously. There are some small repairs that need to be done but the price of camper reflects that ie:
Small cover on side of camper will need to be replaced (flew off on last trip home) but can be bought at any RV store, small soft spot by toilet easily fixed and doesn't effect anything but I'm not a handyman, cord for lights on actual trailor will need to be repaired as it's slightly frayed and the awning will need to be repaired/replaced but does come with a huge add a room giving you the extra square footage.
