The ALMOND ROOM is a quiet cozy furnished room in a 4-br modern clean furnished apartment in the heart of Downtown Toronto.

This room is on the 3rd floor of a commercial building (2 flights of stairs) above a restaurant/bar (the Green Room) on the north side overlooking a park and a school.

Direct access to the bathroom with bathtub/shower. Kitchen and dining room shared on 2nd floor. Bedding included. Towels if needed. No toiletries provided (toilet paper, shampoo, soap, toothpaste, laundry soap).

The ALMOND Room has a window, a double bed with an awesome mattress and everything you need while you look for your next accommodation or have just arrived in Toronto.

The space is shared with guests in the 3 other rooms

✔ Key-pad lock for early check-in/late check-out (no keys)

✔SHARED: bathroom, kitchen, laundry and common areas

✔KITCHEN: fully equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster, kettle, electric store and electric oven. Large freezer and fridge (Please label the food with your room name).

✔CLEANING: when you move in the room is clean professionally. When you move out, the rooms should be cleaned professionally in the state you found it. If you want to pay a cleaner, the fee is $50 (taken from the $200 deposit returned when you leave).
COMMON AREAS: cleaned by management twice a week, including garbage and recycling bag disposal

✔PAYMENT OF MONTHLY FEE: You pay once you have checked in the room. Door code and check-in instructions provided once you pay the deposit to secure the room (interac, cash or TD direct deposit)
