We are a working couple aged 31, looking to rent a 1-2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in the Kenora, Ontario or Keewatin, Ontario area. We are accepting of units located as far as Redditt, Minaki or Longbow Lake as well.

Our budget ranges from $1100.00 to $2500.00, as we are dual income with no children. We would be financially comfortable with that rent cost, as it would be approximately 30% of our monthly income.

We are both non-drinkers, non-smokers, employed full time, and own one compact SUV, so we will be looking for a unit that comes with a parking space.

We can submit references upon contact, and we will have First and Last deposits readily available at the time of the scheduled viewing.

I am a shift worker in social work so I will be away for 12 hours at a time, and my partner is a heavy equipment operator so he will be gone Monday to Friday for up to 10 hours a day as well.

We have lived and worked in Kenora for 8 years altogether and we are hoping to remain here to maintain employment.
