Duration of tenancies are negotiable, but longer is preferred. Higher price for shorter.

ABSOLUTELY no pets. No indoor smoking. No rowdy parties, but moderate social gatherings are OK.

Upstairs suite is shared with 2 other adults in their 20s/30s. Downstairs basement suite is self-contained and rented out separately. So you'd primarily only have effectively 2 other roommates.

Along bus Route 12, but having your own vehicle is highly recommended as the bus schedule is less than awesome.

Furnishings in the house may vary as I'll personally be moving out as of July 1st to make way for you!
