Concrete Former & Finisher – Full-Time
Cretescape Concrete Inc. – Various Work locations within 1 hour of Guelph, Ontario
Pay: Negotiable, Based on Experience ($28-$38/hour)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (with some extended hours based on project needs)

Cretescape Concrete is a locally owned and operated concrete company specializing in high-quality flatwork, including residential driveways, patios, walkways, and custom finishes. We're known for our attention to detail, craftsmanship, and reliable service. As we continue to grow, we're looking to add experienced Concrete Former and Finishers to our hardworking team.

Position Overview:
We're hiring full-time and part time Concrete Former and Finishers who are skilled in setting forms, pouring, and finishing concrete with precision. This role requires hands-on experience and a strong work ethic. You'll be part of a small, dedicated crew working on a variety of outdoor projects across the Guelph and surrounding areas. Punctuality and reliability is a must. Ample opportunity for promotions and growth to the right individual who is willing to take initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

-Build and dismantle forms for concrete placement
-Place and finish concrete surfaces using hand and power tools
-Ensure proper curing and protection of poured concrete
-Maintain a clean and safe job site
-Work collaboratively with crew members and follow foreman direction
-Load and unload materials and tools as needed

Requirements:
-Minimum 2 years experience in concrete forming and finishing (flatwork preferred)
-Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
-Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (50 lbs)
-Knowledge of proper concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing techniques
-Punctual, dependable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from job sites

Nice to Have:
-Experience operating concrete saws, screeds, floats, and other finishing tools
-Knowledge of decorative/stamped concrete
