- I'm looking for a kind and respectful roommate to share a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment or condo (hopefully with underground parking and gym facilities).
- Cost, INCLUDING utilities is max $1000 each
- I'm a really easygoing person with a lot of life experience. I value honesty and good communication.
- I have one 10y.o. male cat with a friendly and gentle disposition. Another cat would be welcome depending on it's temperment - I'm not picky... my cat is. He's lovely but other animals can make him very anxious - a fact I didn't understand before I 'rescued' him last year. He is very friendly to people - it's just other stuff that freaks him out. He lives with another male cat right now (both are fixed) and that is going well.
- All ages, genders, orientations welcome.
- Must be willing to divide household chores.
