Position Overview:
We're a locally owned painting business specializing in residential exterior and interior painting. As part of our sales team, you'll be going door-to-door in SE Calgary neighborhoods to generate leads, schedule free estimates, and help homeowners improve their properties. No painting required — just great communication and people skills!

Job Details:
Position Type: Part-time & full-time summer positions available
Hours: Flexible schedule; typically weekday evenings and weekends
Pay: Performance-based pay (average $20–$30/hour for motivated reps)
Location: SE Calgary neighborhoods

Responsibilities:
Approach residential homeowners at their door to offer free painting estimates
Build rapport with homeowners and answer basic questions about our services
Collect contact information and schedule appointments for our estimators
Track daily activity and report to team lead

Qualifications:
No experience required — full training provided
High school or university students encouraged to apply
Must have vehicle and valid drivers license
Outgoing, positive attitude with strong communication skills
Comfortable working outdoors and interacting with people
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
