Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various installation tasks and demonstrate proficiency in construction-related skills. This role involves working on-site to install, repair, and maintain various structures and fixtures, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Duties:
- Apply successive coats of compound and sand seams and joints
- Clean and prepare surfaces
- Cure freshly plastered surfaces
- Finish corners and angles and create decorative designs in finish coat, if required
- Measure, cut, fit and install drywall sheets
- Install corner beads and wire mesh around beams to which plaster is to be applied
- Install exterior and interior steel studs
- Install vapour barriers and thermal and sound insulation
- Prepare wall and ceiling layouts
- Utilize laser alignment system

Skills:
- Knowledge of drywall installation methods and finishing processes.
- Carpentry skills for building custom installations as required.
- General maintenance person skills to address various installation challenges.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Ability to commute/relocate: Brampton, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
