In August/September we'll have a bright, spacious, furnished bedroom available in our basement (much like a studio), suitable for ONE student. Includes a private fully equipped kitchen and a private 3-piece bathroom. Access to shared laundry facilities. Entrance is a few steps from the front door, (see photo #6).

Parking is available for a small sized car. Utilities are included, as well as unlimited Internet access.

Location is just an 8 min drive to the UofG (or easy bus routes) and a short drive to CONESTOGA COLLEGE SPEEDVALE CAMPUS, (or one short bus ride). Close to plaza, Tim Horton's, COSTCO, Zehrs, Banks, Community Centre, Pool, Library and Parks (Paisley & Imperial area).

We're looking for a quiet student that appreciates their space. We're a mature couple, with a medium-sized dog and a fat cat! Monthly rent is $875, first and last month rent required, as well as References.
