communicative housemate, who should take part in household chores like the rest of us.


On Our House: Great location convenient to York University and U of T. On the
TTC lines and walking distance to St.Clair West Subway Station (5-10 min),
coffee shops (Second Cup, Starbucks, etc), post office and
grocery with reasonable prices, and fabulous farmers' market at
Wychwood Barns, Hillcrest Park, and wonderful friendly neighbors.

We also cultivate vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, green peppers, lettuce, and herbs, etc) on
the side yard of the house. Christie Pits and Dufferin Grove Park are
within 15 min for playing hockey (winter) and soccer/baseball (Summer
Season)
