We're setting up a new team and looking for a hard-working individual to join our fence repair crew. This is a physically demanding job that involves digging out old concrete footings by hand and helping with post replacements.

What the Job Involves:
• Digging by hand using breaker bars, post hole diggers, and shovels
• Removing old concrete footings and helping set new posts
• Assisting with minor fence repairs and clean-up
• Outdoor work, generally full-time Monday to Friday
• We don't work in heavy rain or snow due to use of power tools

Requirements:
• Must be strong, reliable, and willing to do real hands-on labour
• Must be available Monday to Friday (weather permitting)
• Driver's licence is an asset, but not required
• If you don't drive, you must be able to meet daily at Square One GO bus terminal
• Experience using digging tools (breaker bar, post hole digger) is a plus
• Steel-toe boots required – gloves and safety gear recommended
• Looking for someone who shows up on time and isn't afraid to get dirty

Pay: Based on experience
