We're an architecture studio in Edmonton with a beautifully designed workspace and we're looking for like-minded creatives to join us. We have a few desks available in our shared studio area, as well as a private office that can comfortably accommodate one or two people. These spaces can be rented individually or as a group, making them perfect for solo creatives or a small team.
Our studio has a clean, modern feel and was thoughtfully designed by licensed architects and interior designers. You'll also have access to breakout spaces, phone rooms, a material library, a shared kitchen, a meeting area, and opportunities to collaborate and connect with our team. We'd love to share space with other creatives—whether you're a designer, writer, marketer, architect, or part of a small creative business. The goal is to have an environment where we can all benefit from each other's skills and maybe even pass a bit of business back and forth.
We are centrally located in the city, just off the Whitemud and Gateway Boulevard, with plenty of transit options to get here and lots of nearby commercial amenities for lunch spots and meeting opportunities. We offer flexible rental terms, and access can be arranged to fit your schedule. The desks are available for $255.00 per month, the entire open workspace is $1720.00 per month, and the total available space with private office is $3232.00 per month.
