Comes with strong, sturdy, solid steel rack to mount on so they are off the ground and no water pump is needed as it will work with gravity. Has all plumbing fittings to hook up to your downspouts to collect rain water off the roof. Tanks are hooked up in tandem so that when one is full, the other one fills. Has easy to use shut-off to attach hose to. The tanks are empty now and easy to disconnect and light enough for 2 people to easily move. The steel rack also comes apart to move. There's enough height for a shelf on the rack and storage underneath it.
