I am a Elderly woman, who still enjoys a larger home but Rentals are expensive ( I sold my home 3 years ago ). I would like to offer a room for a similar person, preferably female, clean, quiet and respectful. I also smoke outside, but I am clean. I have a miniature dachshund and twin kitties.
