Takes this cozy little 6 person popup Tent Trailer to your favourite camping spot whether there be power or no power. Stove, Furnace, Automatic Temperature Thermostat, All Lights, and Electrical all work. Comes with a $1600 roof rack and storage box when brand new for a little extra room. Also comes with exchangeable propane tank and a good working battery. We never used the fridge, so not sure if it works. Does have freshwater tank to sink, but we never used it.

We cooked with the stove on the outside and Tent Canvas is in good condition with no leaks. Tires are decent, been about 2 years since the bearings were serviced. Reason we are selling, is my wife wants a RV Motorhome instead.
