These are Philips Amperex made in 1963-65 and were branded for Electrohome tube organs
Holland Heerlen factory made these tubes all with Delta codes
We still have many with same date codes!

The condition rating of 9/10 given the age!
These tubes test strong!
These will sound like the more expensive Amperex Bugle Boys as they are identical in construction, manufactured using same factory tooling
