Looking for a long-term home for rent in Edmonton or Edmonton area. I am tired of having to move every couple of years when a landlord decides to raise the rent to above my means. I am looking for a place where I can set down roots and settle down in. It would be nice to find a reasonable landlord, charging a reasonable amount of rent. Maybe someone looking to supplement their income on a long-term, steady basis, without exploiting the tenant/rent amount. I am a single woman in my 50's with a stable full-time job. I have a small dog that is hypo-allergenic and non-shedding. I am a mind my own business kind of person, don't smoke or do drugs and enjoy my peace and quiet to much for partying.

My must haves: Dog-friendly; In-suite/shared laundry; Utilities included; Plenty of natural light (windows); Parking available (not street parking);

Nice to haves: On one floor or limited stairs; A small patch of garden where I can grow a garden; Fenced yard;

No-no's: NO carpet (due to allergies); No basement suites; No shared units;
