Hi, my name is Danielle! I am renting out my spare bedroom in scenic acres! This is a good-sized bedroom with a queen bed in it. The bathroom is shared, but it has two showers and two sinks, so one of each will be for tenant use only. This is a massive home with bedrooms and a garage that I won't be using much! The home offers bathrooms, and a decent-sized backyard. The tenant must be okay with animals and older children in the home part-time (one week on and one week off). I will be renting the room for $ a month, which includes TV, internet, and utilities. The garage space can be cleared out and added if the tenant wants that space too, for an additional cost. There is street parking and driveway parking available as well. The room currently offers a queen bed, but I will finish furnishing it today and tomorrow, and I will post updated pictures!
