Private room with private entrance and mini kitchen - access to main kitchen if needed ( under major construction but stove is still available - 2 other roommates who value privacy and are very nice to be around- no parties -no overnight guests (exceptions are allowed when needed)- eventually will have a guest bedroom available after renovation- .. we like no drama - no drugs and no issues- owner lives here too - for working single people- everything included - available immediately - person renting needs to move by end of month- - call for viewing
