We are looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our back-of-house team.

What You'll Do:
- Assist with morning duties including preparing dishes, marinating, portioning, and cooking support
- Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are followed at all times
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Support the chef and kitchen team with any additional duties as needed

Requirements
- Must have SIN number and permit to work in Canada
- Must be able to work full time
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knife skills and a good understanding of kitchen safety
- Must be available Tuesday-Sunday (mostly mornings)
