We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Construction Workers for immediate full-time positions across the Greater Toronto Area. This opportunity is ideal for intermediate-level tradespeople who are proficient in a range of construction skills and are looking to grow within a supportive and professional team.

We only hire individuals with a Valid SIN and either Permanent Residency (PR) or Canadian Citizenship.

This is a payroll-only position — no cash jobs.

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will join our growing team to work on residential and commercial projects across the GTA. You will be expected to perform hands-on construction work efficiently and with attention to quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute general construction tasks on various job sites

Install metal framing and drywall

Tape, mud, and finish drywall to a smooth surface

Perform painting and surface preparation with precision (including up to 25 washes)

Install flooring and tiles, including cutting, fitting, and grouting

Handle basic electrical work such as running wire, installing light fixtures, and troubleshooting issues

Perform basic plumbing tasks such as installing pipes, fittings, and conducting simple repairs

Read and follow blueprints, layouts, and written instructions

Operate and maintain construction tools and equipment safely

Maintain a clean and organized job site

Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met

Requirements:

3 to 10 years of hands-on construction experience

Strong skills across multiple trades (framing, drywall, flooring, painting, tiling, basic electrical and plumbing)

Own a basic set of tools

Reliable transportation to and from job sites

Able to start work immediately

Valid SIN and either Canadian PR or Citizenship (required)
