XBOX 360with 1 game, Kinect, power adapter, controller. Console works well no issues. I am not able to test the controller simply because it is not charged and I have no charging cable for it. Console comes with clean 320 gig hard drive. You can install it and keep games locally on it, console has no rear hard drive cover. It's just a cosmetic plastic cover. It doesn't affect anything.
