Owned since new. This unit comes with everything you need for camping. Dishes, utensils, pots and pans, small grill with extra propane tanks, outdoor table and rug, lights. Just pack up and go. Only need some food and bevies. Camper queen bed in front and single bunks in the back, and a drop down kitchen table bed.
4200 lbs dry and can be towed with a six cylinder. A/C is cold, heater is hot, and everything else works as it should.
Comes with two propane tanks and a battery.
Unit is still winterized right now but I would be happy to show the buyer how to unwinterize it.
Reason for selling is I just don't use it anymore.
It's in a storage lot so I would need some time to get it out for a viewing.
