Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Powder Coating Spray Painter. As a Powder Coating Spray Painter, you will be responsible for applying powder coatings to various metal surfaces using specialized equipment. The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to detail, experience in powder coating application, and a commitment to producing high-quality finishes.

Responsibilities:

Prepare metal surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, masking, and sanding as necessary.
Operate powder coating equipment, including spray guns, to apply coatings evenly and according to specifications.
Inspect coated surfaces for quality defects such as uneven coating, bubbles, or imperfections.
Touch up or re-coat parts as needed to ensure quality standards are met.
Maintain equipment by cleaning and performing routine maintenance tasks.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Collaborate with team members in production, quality control, and maintenance departments.
Keep accurate records of materials used, production rates, and quality inspections.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Powder Coating Spray Painter.
Familiarity with powder coating equipment and techniques.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations related to powder coating.
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
Shift timing will be 4:00pm-11:30pm. Only apply if you meet all the requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Evening shift
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
