Job Description:
As a Laborer, you'll support daily operations on job sites, including loading and unloading materials, site cleanup, equipment handling, and assisting skilled trades as needed. This is a physically demanding role and ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and being outdoors/in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment

Clean and prepare job sites

Assist with setup and teardown of job site structures

Operate hand tools and small equipment (experience is preferred)

Follow safety guidelines and company procedures

Perform other general labor tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs

Willingness to work outdoors and in various weather conditions

Reliable transportation to and from work sites

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Prior experience in construction or labor work is an asset but not required
